Consensus Logic is being built in public against a specification and a build plan, and this page may offer only what a passed test proves. The first installer arrives when the first working version passes its tests in the real app: a documentation task running end to end. Leave an email and you will get one message when it does.

What you will need

Two subscriptions you probably already have, and a Windows 11 machine.

RequirementDetailWhy
Windows 11, x64The launch platform. macOS and Linux are not supported; there is a platform waitlist.Consensus Logic is a desktop application that keeps its record on your machine.
Codex, signed inThe Codex command-line tool on a supported subscription, signed in on this machine. One of the two planners. Consensus Logic drives the tool you already have.
Claude Code, signed inClaude Code on a supported subscription, signed in on this machine. The other planner. Whichever you choose as creator, the other reviews.
Both, for the full modelUsing both AIs needs both tools. Supported plans are listed here and kept current as the vendors change them.Independent judgement needs two independent minds.
No API keysNo OpenAI or Anthropic API key. No Consensus Logic account for inference. No pay-per-use fallback.Vendor limits and fair-use rules still apply to your subscriptions.

If you build on Lovable, Bolt or Replit without Codex or Claude Code, Consensus Logic has nothing to run on. You will need one of those subscriptions first.

What the installer will do

Signed, checksummed, per user, local.

Described as designed. Each line becomes a verified claim only when its test passes.

A thin Windows laptop on a plain grey desk, lid open, a blank document window on the screen.
Windows 11, x64. The only platform for now.
  • Signed

The installer is signed with the company's code-signing certificate so Windows SmartScreen accepts it. The SHA-256 checksum is published beside every download.

  • Installs per user

No administrator prompt. Start-menu entry and window title read “Consensus Logic”.

  • Stores its record locally

Projects, tasks, plans, records, reports and the allowance ledger live under %LOCALAPPDATA%\ConsensusLogic. The privacy page says what may leave the machine.

  • Runs offline where it can

The application never fetches fonts, icons or styles from the network. The AI providers need whatever connectivity their tools need.

  • Uninstalls cleanly

Remove it from Windows Settings under Apps. Your project records stay in the data folder until you delete them yourself.

Platform waitlist

Not on Windows?

Windows desktop is the only platform for now. A macOS or Linux decision waits for this counter. Say which, and you will hear if it happens.
